RESERVATION & CHECK-IN POLICIES
- CHECK IN/CHECK OUT – Check out is at ten am, and check in is at 3 pm. Please call 207-280-0683 to check in!
- MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS – Some seasons will have minimum night requirements depending on availability. Exceptions will be made if nights rented fall between two other reservations and the minimum is not possible. Please call our office for availability.
- NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT – We charge a non-refundable deposit of $50 at the time of booking.
- CANCELLATION POLICY – CANCELLATIONS or DATE CHANGES inside of 14 days before your arrival will be charged the full amount for a stay unless we can get the cabin rented to someone else for that time period. Please CALL AND EMAIL YOUR CANCELLATION. You must get a cancellation confirmation email from us before your cancellation is final.
- REFUND POLICY – No refunds will be made for break down or malfunction of appliances (televisions, VCRs, etc.) air conditioners, heaters, Jacuzzis, hot tubs, or elevators; the presence of insects, critters or wildlife; acts of God; inclement weather; location of rental cabin or chalet; loss of electrical power, water, cable, or other utilities; or the conditions of roadways or driveways leading to the cabins.We cannot give refunds due to weather or early departure.
- AGE REQUIREMENTS – All rental units must be registered to and occupied by an adult 21 years of age or older
- PET POLICY – We love pets, and well behaved pets are welcome! If your pet becomes not well behaved, you could be charged an extra cleaning or damage repair fee. Please be courteous and treat the unit as you would your own and make sure your pets do as well.
- PAYMENT – Cash, major credit cards, travelers’ checks, or money order will be accepted at check in for the balance
- ON SITE ISSUES – We do not anticipate any missing items, broken or damaged products, etc. upon your arrival however If you encounter a problem with your cabin during your stay you must contact us immediately. We are on-site and most issues can be remedied within the hour. We cannot refund a portion of your stay after your departure for issues that were not reported to us during your stay. You must leave a voicemail if you’re unable to reach anyone when you encounter an issue that needs our attention, we will respond promptly.
